Celebrate the start of the season on Saturday, November 22, as downtown Glasgow comes alive with the lighting of the Square, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, live carols, free ornaments for the first 100 guests, and a full day of festive activity following the YMCA’s Light Up & Lift Up fair.

Light Up Glasgow is almost here!
Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 22 at 5 PM as we celebrate the official lighting of the Glasgow Square. It’s one of the most loved traditions of the season, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be greeting families at the gazebo from 4–6 PM. Enjoy carols from the Barren County High School Choir and the Glasgow Scottie Singers, and be sure to arrive early—the first 100 guests will receive a free ornament.
This free community gathering takes place right after the YMCA’s Light Up & Lift Up vendor fair, creating a full day of holiday activity in downtown Glasgow. Bring your family, invite a friend, and help us welcome the season together.
