The Barren Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids until 9:00 a.m. on the 12th day of April, 2024 for the replacement of Winn School Rd. Low Water Ford. Specifications and bid form may be picked up at the office of the County Judge Executive, 117 N. Public Square Ste. 3A, Glasgow, Kentucky  42141

RFP - Purchase of One (1) 2024 New Tri-Axle Dump Truck for the Barren County Road Department

The Barren Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids until 9:00 a.m. on the 12th day of April, 2025 for the purchase of One (1) 2024 New Tri-Axle Dump Truck for the Barren County Road Department.  Specifications and bid form may be picked up at the office of the Barren County Road Department, 150 County Barn Road, Glasgow, Kentucky.

RFP - A quantity sufficient to supply its needs during the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year:

  1. Crushed Stone.

  2. Corrugated Metal Galvanized Pipe.

  3. Plastic Pipe.

  4. Plant Mix.

  5. Road Oil.

  6. Snow/Ice Removal.

  7. Dump Trucks.

​The Barren County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids until Friday, April 12th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., central time.

Complex. Bid package available in County Judge Executive Office on Thursday, January 25 th 2024. Bids

will be due at the County Judge Executive Office by 4:00 pm February 14 th 2024.

How to Submit a bid

Step 1

Locate the project you wish to bid on in the section above titled “Open Projects.”

Step 2

Click on the document links located in the bullet points underneath the project title to download the bid documents. Bid documents may also be obtained at the Barren County Judge-Executive’s office.

Step 3

Bids will be received at the office of the  Baren County Judge Executive, Barren County Government Building, 117 North Public Square, Suite 3A, Glasgow, Kentucky 42141.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  

Step 4

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be received by the designated date and time and none will be considered thereafter.

Step 5

Bidders must follow all bid instructions in the bid packet. Late or unsealed bids will not be accepted. The Fiscal Court of Barren County, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the lowest and best evaluated bid. Barren County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
