In a thrilling culmination of skill, dedication, and teamwork, the Barren County High School Cheerleaders have etched their names into the annals of history. Competing at the prestigious UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship held from February 10th to 12th, 2024, at the Wide World of Sports in Disney World, Orlando, Florida, these talented athletes showcased their prowess on a national stage.
Led by a roster of exceptional individuals including Aleiah Barlow, Stevie Hubbard, Nathan Jones, Canyon Calhoun, Jayci Childress, Kinsey Edwards, Lexie Bush, Jessica Jones, Lexi Cox, Brianna Smith, Dianna Peden, Isabella Riney, Jaylee Shipp, Kaylee Wood, Dalee Brooks, Kayden Jones, Anslee Geralds, Khloy Morgan, Paisley Gosnell, McKenna Clifford, and Olivia Roberts. Under the expert guidance of coaches Drew Bewley Settle, Teresa Bewley, and Logan Brooks, the Barren County High School Cheerleaders demonstrated their commitment to excellence.
The UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship, renowned for featuring the most elite teams across the country, presented a formidable challenge. However, the Barren County squad rose to the occasion, delivering a flawless performance that earned them the title of National Champions in the Small Varsity Coed D2 Division.

In recognition of their remarkable achievement, Jamie Bewley Byrd, Barren County Judge/Executive, and Henry Royse, Mayor City of Glasgow, have declared February 20, 2024, as Barren County High School Cheerleading Day.
